Minangkabau was one of the largest ethnic group in Indonesia which is unique culture and heritage, the name of Minangkabau means triumphant buffalo it leads a community and family life based on a matrilineal system which clusters around traditional adat houses. West part of Sumatra is a homeland for Minangkabau tribe also is a home of many spectacular landscape of nature all around with direct borders with India ocean, that has making west Sumatra there’s many exotic islands worth to enjoy.
It’s also west Sumatera has uniquely culture and tradition even since thousands of years up until now, it’s interesting to experience on your travel about Minang culture. this programs is designed specially for who has a passion about cultural differences and learning something new in life, during this tour you will feel to be a Minangkabau’s.

Trip Summary
Day 1 : Padang – Bukittinggi ( L, D )
Upon arrival at Minangkabau International Airport, meeting and greeting service by our crew. Then the journey will start to Bukittinggi via Anai Valley, on the way we will visiting pandaisikekvillage, a village which is famous for traditional weaving craft of Minangkabau ( Songket ). Then proceed to Bukittingi on arrival, check in to the hotel and free programs. Dinner will be provided at the local restaurant
Day 2 - 3 : Bukittingi – Harau valley village ( B, L, D )
In the morning the trip will continue to Harau valley village and going through to local traditional house minangkabau. During these day we will stay with local communities to experience Minangkabau local life activities, the activities that we’ll do is about learning the uniquely of Minangkabau culture and traditions.
Day 4 - 5 : Harau valley – Pariangan traditional village ( B, L, D )
After breakfast and farewell with the family then procced to Pariangan village, Pariangan is the oldest village of Minangkabau society which is the cultural heritage of Minang. When we arrived in another traditional local house meet and greet with the family and have a lunch together with family, and free programs. The next day we will some activities with local like farming, going to rice field to helps the family and in the night Minangkabau traditional art event in the village.
Day 6 : Pariangan village – back to Padang/Airport
After breakfast and farewell with the family our team driving back to Padang, and check in to the hotel ( if we come back on Saturday we will be able to watch one of traditional game Minangkabau is “Pacujawi” or cow races )
